About the Client:

Our client is an Irish network automation company supporting enterprise and MSP customers worldwide. Their solutions simplify network configuration management with a strong focus on security, reliability and transparency.


Role Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support daily operations, including customer support, lead management and admin coordination. The ideal VA will be confident working with international clients in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and will work closely with the CTO and operations team to ensure smooth coordination and excellent global service.

Requirements:

  • Customer and lead management 
  • CRM maintenance and follow-up 
  • Invoicing and admin support 
  • Scheduling, reporting, and business coordination 
  • Internal operations support


Role and Responsibilities:

Lead & Customer Management: 

  • Manage inbound and trial leads from first contact to conversion 
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records 
  • Support outreach to prospects, partners and existing clients 


Customer Retention:

  • Assist with renewals and proactive customer check-ins 
  • Coordinate and prepare customer communications 


Reporting & Administration:

  • Generate weekly/monthly sales and business reports 
  • Assist with invoicing and liaise with accounts 
  • Prepare meeting notes, summaries and action follow-ups 


Office & Operations Support: 

  • Coordinate internal team scheduling 
  • Assist with document management, contract preparation and task organisation
  • Familiarity with Upwork, ChatGPT or similar platforms is a plus 


Skills and Requirements:

Essential:

  • Excellent written and spoken English 
  • High energy with a natural drive for lead follow-up and conversion 
  • Strong organisational and communication skills 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace 
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently 


Preferred but not mandatory:

  • Fluency in French is a plus 
  • Experience working with international clients 
  • Prior experience in sales support, customer success or admin roles 
  • Familiarity with presentation tools (PowerPoint/Slides) and basic reporting 


Working Hours: We are seeking a candidate to work up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility depending on business needs


Location: This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Ireland during business hours but you must be comfortable supporting an international client base.
