About the Client:
Our client is an international tax and legal firm with offices in London, Spain and Ireland. They specialise in cross-border legal, tax, and advisory services for private clients. Known for their professional expertise, multilingual capabilities, and exceptional client care, they provide tailored support across multiple jurisdictions.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Virtual Assistant to support our client as they continue to expand. This role will provide direct support to the Directors in the Irish office, assisting with a range of client-facing and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:
- Client communication and follow-ups
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- CRM and task tracking (using Clio Grow/Manage)
- Invoicing, supplier coordination, and travel bookings
- Light content review and support with social media tasks
Role and Responsibilities:
- Following up with 1–2 new leads per day via phone or email
- Scheduling 3–4 client appointments per week
- Tracking progress and updating client information in Clio
- Sending a brief daily email summary of completed tasks
- Attending a weekly Friday check-in to plan the week ahead
- Supporting invoicing, liaising with suppliers, and assisting with travel bookings
- Reviewing short content items and assisting with light social media and communications
Skills and Requirements:
Essential:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organisation, time management, and communication skills
- Professional, discreet, and dependable in managing sensitive information
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred but not mandatory:
- Experience in a legal or consulting environment
- Familiarity with Clio Grow/Manage
- Spanish language skills
- Basic understanding of tools like WordPress or Mailchimp
Working Hours: We are seeking a candidate to work up to 10 hours per week initially, with potential to increase to 15–20 hours per week after the first two months, depending on workload.
Location: This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Ireland during business hours.
