Our client is a systemic coach supporting service-driven family businesses. Their work focuses on navigating complex family dynamics, building resilience, and helping businesses grow while preserving what matters most.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative & Social Media Virtual Assistant to help elevate and expand our client's brand, with a strong focus on administrative support, social media and digital marketing.

Requirements:
We’re seeking a confident and capable Virtual Assistant to provide a mix of the following services:
- Administrative Support: Inbox and calendar management, document formatting, file organisation
- Bookkeeping Support: Light bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoice preparation
- Social Media Management: Scheduling content, hashtag research, responding to DMs/comments, tracking engagement
- Digital Marketing Support: Repurposing content into carousels and short-form videos, updating website/blog
- Content Creation: Creating branded graphics in Canva, writing captions, editing short videos
- Customer Service Support: Responding to initial enquiries and following up with leads
- Special Projects: Supporting preparation for workshops, events, and speaking engagements
Role and Responsibilities:
- Managing our client's LinkedIn and Instagram accounts to increase brand visibility
- Creating and scheduling consistent, professional, and on-brand content
- Streamlining admin workflows so our client can focus on client delivery and strategy
- Supporting client communications and nurturing leads
- Preparing materials for coaching sessions and events
- Researching collaboration opportunities, speaking engagements, and media exposure
Skills and Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience using LinkedIn, Instagram, and Canva
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive
- Strong sense of initiative and ability to manage deadlines independently
Preferred but not mandatory:
- Understanding of brand voice and visual branding
- Familiarity with leadership, coaching, or family business themes
- Experience in digital marketing or client-facing communications
Working Hours: We are seeking a candidate to work 5 hours per week.
Location: This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Ireland during business hours.
