Role Overview:
We are seeking seeking a highly organised, dependable Administrative Virtual Assistant to support both personal and professional operations. This hybrid role includes in-person support at our client's home office and remote work. The ideal candidate will bring calm, structure and proactive support to help our client stay focused while managing a growing business and securing new premises for expansion.
Candidates must be available to begin immediately. Interview dates and times are to be confirmed and candidates will be contacted directly to arrange a suitable time.
Requirements:
We’re looking for a proactive and trustworthy candidate to support our client with both personal admin and business organisation, who can confidently handle a combination of:
- Administrative Support: Sorting and organising physical documents (home/car/insurance files), digital filing, inbox/calendar management
- Bookkeeping Support: Light financial organisation, tracking recurring bills or invoices
- Content Support: Basic content creation for professional presence (optional, based on skills)
- Research Tasks: Sourcing suitable commercial premises using platforms like Daft and MyHome
Role and Responsibilities:
- On-site sorting of physical folders and documentation
- Tracking key dates for insurance, renewals, and billing schedules
- Supporting calendar and email management for the practice
- Researching suitable commercial therapy premises and compiling options with key criteria
- Optional: supporting with content creation or branding materials
- Collaborating with our client in person 2–3 times per week
Skills and Requirements:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple task types
- Trustworthy and discreet, must handle personal documentation responsibly
- Able to travel to Donnybrook regularly (travel expenses covered)
Preferred but not mandatory:
- Experience in admin or personal assistant roles
- Familiarity with property sites (Daft.ie, MyHome.ie)
- Basic content or design skills (e.g. Canva)
Working Hours: We are seeking a candidate to work 30–35 hours per week for the first month. This full-time support phase may continue into the second month, depending on how the initial workload evolves. After that, the role is expected to reduce to part-time, likely around 10 hours per week, based on ongoing needs and priorities.
Location: This is a
hybrid role. Candidates must be based in
South Dublin
or within commuting distance. Regular on-site work in Donnybrook is required (2–3 times per week). Travel costs will be covered. Some tasks can be completed remotely.
