About the Client:

Our client is a family business coaching practice that works with service driven family businesses, supporting them through complex human dynamics using systemic coaching and psychological safety principles. They are now entering a new growth phase and are focused on building a strong, strategic digital presence to attract ideal clients.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative, strategic and proactive Virtual Assistant to help lead our client’s digital presence. This is a confident, media savvy role that will play a key part in amplifying the client’s brand and attracting aligned clients.

Requirements:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Helping shape our client's digital presence, clarify the brand message, and refine target audience engagement 
  • Social Media Management: Content planning, creation, scheduling, lead engagement and performance tracking (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram) 
  • Content Creation: Creating visually aligned content (posts, carousels, short videos), editing written copy and helping maintain the website/blog 
  • Lead Management: Engaging with inbound leads via LinkedIn/Instagram, nurturing them through to consultation stage 
  • Admin Support: Managing email responses, light scheduling, and keeping digital files and content organised
  • Customer Support: Responding to prospective client enquiries and maintaining a warm, professional tone in all communications 


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a digital marketing plan aligned with our client's brand mission and ideal client profile 
  • Managing our client's LinkedIn and Instagram presence, including inbound messages and follower engagement 
  • Creating strategic, branded content for social media and the website 
  • Nurturing inbound leads and guiding them through to consultation call stage 
  • Supporting customer service tasks, such as responding to enquiry emails and DM follow-ups 
  • Keeping the website/blog updated with relevant content and portfolio pieces 
  • Collaborating directly with our client to review strategy, content themes and campaign outcomes


Skills and Requirements:

Essential:

  • Strong background in digital marketing, content creation or brand strategy
  • Experience managing professional social media accounts (LinkedIn/Instagram preferred) 
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strategic tone 
  • Organised, self-motivated and capable of managing multiple content threads 
  • Confident engaging with potential leads through messaging platforms 


Preferred but not mandatory: 

  • Familiarity with Canva, video editing tools, or social media scheduling platforms 
  • Understanding of brand voice, tone, and values in a coaching or consulting context
  • Experience working in or supporting a values-driven, purpose-led business 


Working Hours: We are seeking a candidate to work 5 hours per week to start, with potential to grow.


Location: This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Ireland during business hours.
