Virtual Assistant (Administrative)

Part-Time (8 -12 hours per month, Remote – Ireland Based)

Business Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organised and reliable Administrative Virtual Assistant to provide ongoing support across a range of personal and administrative tasks.


This is a varied role that requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and provide dependable support as requests arise. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and building a trusted, long-term working relationship with the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support for wedding planning, including supplier communication and follow-up
  • Booking and managing personal appointments
  • Researching and arranging restaurant reservations and travel bookings
  • Preparing and managing health insurance claims and associated paperwork
  • Researching and sourcing gifts
  • Conducting general online research
  • Managing household administration and organisational tasks
  • Responding to occasional ad hoc administrative requests
  • Maintaining organised records and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

What a Successful Week Looks Like

  • Client requests are managed promptly and efficiently
  • Appointments, bookings and reservations are organised
  • Suppliers and service providers are followed up with
  • Research is completed accurately with clear options provided
  • Paperwork, claims and records are kept organised and up to date
  • Multiple priorities are managed without tasks being missed
  • The client feels organised, supported and confident that tasks are being handled

Skills and Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Personal Assistant
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Professional, reliable, and discreet
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement

Preferred (Not Essential)

  • Experience coordinating travel and personal appointments
  • Experience liaising with suppliers and service providers
  • Experience managing insurance claims or administrative paperwork
  • Experience supporting both personal and business administration

Working Hours & Location

  • 8 - 12 hours per month
  • Flexible working arrangement
  • Fully remote role (Ireland-based candidates only)
