Virtual Assistant (Client Support & Administrative )

Part-Time (5 - 10 hours per week, Remote – Ireland Based)

We are seeking a highly organised Virtual Assistant to support client communications, inbox management and day-to-day administration while helping to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and organising a busy inbox
  • Monitoring emails throughout the day and prioritising important communications
  • Responding to client enquiries professionally and in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets and business documentation
  • Assisting with general administrative and operational tasks

What a Successful Week Looks Like

  • Client enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally
  • The inbox is organised, prioritised, and up to date each day
  • Important communications and follow-ups are actioned on time
  • Records, spreadsheets, and business documentation are maintained accurately
  • Administrative tasks are completed efficiently, supporting smooth day-to-day operations

Skills and Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong experience managing professional email correspondence
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience using Canva
  • Familiarity with project management systems such as Asana, ClickUp or similar
  • Professional, personal and confident client communication skills

Preferred (Not Essential)

  • Experience within the travel, tourism or hospitality sector
  • Experience supporting business development or LinkedIn outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking
  • Experience supporting a business owner or director

Working Hours & Location

  • Approximately 5 - 10 hours per week
  • Available for a morning and afternoon email check-in each working day
  • Flexible scheduling for remaining working hours
  • Fully remote role (Ireland-based candidates only)
