As an engineer with a background in physics, dealing with technology has always come easy to me. In my job, I am solving complex problems on a daily basis. There is a lot of thorough checks through documentation and data entry involved in my job also. Given the importance of these tasks, I am very detail oriented and can spot even the smallest of mistakes I come across. I also worked for almost 4 years in customer service at a camile Thai restaurant. I would often be the only person on shift at a time and would have to handle customer complaints or record their feedback on my own. I always strived to keep the customer happy in these situations without harming the business. I really enjoyed working with customers and helping to come to a resolution that everyone was happy with and I would truly love the opportunity to do this again with my years of experience behind me.
