From years of working in customer service and sales, whether it be in a restaurant, hotel, home security, or health insurance; I have the ability to make sure customers needs are met and they are left with a positive experience of the brand. Of course this experience includes more than just enhancing the customer experience; scheduling for myself, as well as my colleagues and the customers, handling complaints and knowing when to escalate, meeting sales targets and KPIs.
