Virtual Assistant (Office Manager)
Part-Time (10 hours per week, Remote – Ireland Based)
Business Overview
Our client is an Irish consultancy specialising in ERP project management, system selection and implementation. They support organisations across a range of industries in improving operations through efficient systems and processes, with a strong focus on practical, client-focused delivery.
This role offers the opportunity to support the smooth day-to-day running of the business while maintaining structure and workflow across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing our client's diary and scheduling priorities
- Coordinating weekly team meetings and tracking follow-ups
- Attending meetings and documenting actions and outcomes
- Managing and reviewing team timesheets
- Supporting internal communication and team coordination
- Assisting with general operational tasks to improve efficiency
What a Successful Week Looks Like
- The business owner’s diary is organised, with meetings and priorities managed efficiently
- Weekly team meetings are coordinated with clear notes and follow-ups
- Team timesheets are reviewed accurately and on time
- Internal communication stays clear and organised across the team
- Operational tasks are proactively managed to keep workflows running smoothly
Skills and Requirements
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confidence in attending and contributing to meetings
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience supporting teams or managing workflows
Preferred (Not Essential)
- Background in a service-based business (e.g. consulting, agency, IT services)
- Experience with project coordination or operations support
- Familiarity with timesheet management or reporting
- Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Office / Teams / project management systems
Working Hours & Location
- Approximately 10 hours per week with potential to grow over time
- Fully remote role (Ireland-based candidates only)
